Is this 100% human hair?
Yes — every Ayira bundle, closure and frontal is 100% human hair.

How many bundles do I need?
Most full sew-ins take three bundles. Lengths of 26" and above, or a fuller look, usually take four. Add a matching closure or frontal to finish the install.

Will my closure or frontal match my bundles?
Yes — order the same shade and texture and we cut from the same batch wherever stock allows. If you are pairing pieces and want us to check, message us before you order.

Can I colour or bleach it?
Our raw and natural-black hair takes colour well. We recommend a professional colourist for anything lighter than a #27.

How long does shipping take?
In-stock hair ships within 1–3 business days. Colour pieces are made to order — allow 1 week before dispatch.

Can I pay with Mobile Money?
Yes — Ghana customers can message us on Instagram or WhatsApp for Mobile Money payment support.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our hair, all sales are final. Exceptions apply only if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Washing
Wash every 7–10 wears or as needed. Use a sulfate-free shampoo and lukewarm water. Detangle with a wide-tooth comb before washing. Rinse in one direction — root to tip.

Conditioning
Apply a moisturizing conditioner from mid-length to ends. Leave on for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Deep condition once a month.

Colour Care
Coloured hair holds longer with a colour-safe, sulfate-free shampoo and cool water. Avoid purple shampoo on warm shades like Auburn and Cherry Red.

Drying
Pat dry with a microfiber towel — never rub. Air dry where possible. If blow drying, use low heat with a heat protectant.

Heat Styling
All Ayira hair is 100% human and can be heat-styled. Always use a heat protectant. Keep tools below 350°F (180°C).

Storage
Store loose hair braided or bagged in silk or satin, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
