Creative. You have taste and you trust it. You notice when something is almost right and you know what would make it right.
Hardworking. Small teams don't have layers. The person who spots the problem is usually the person who fixes it, and we want people who are comfortable with that.
Talented. You're good at the thing you do, and you care about getting better at it. Every unit that leaves us was inspected, customized, and packed by someone who took it personally.
Warmth matters too. Our customers message us before they order, during, and long after. How we make people feel is not a side effect of the business — it is the business.
