Every House of Ayira order delivered by our own team carries a tracking number that looks like this:

Where to find your status
Your shipping confirmation email has a Track button, and your tracking number is clickable. Either one opens your own order page, which shows exactly where your parcel is right now. It updates as your parcel moves, so check back any time — there is nothing to sign in to.
Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, message us and we'll send your link again.
What the stages mean
| Being customized | Your unit is being made to your order — colouring, plucking, bleaching knots, sizing. This is hand work and it's the stage that takes the longest. Delivery timing only starts once your unit leaves our workshop. |
| Confirmed | Your unit is ready and your parcel is being prepared for dispatch. |
| In transit | Your parcel is on the move — between our hub and your area, or on its way to another region. |
| Out for delivery | A rider has your parcel today. Please keep your phone nearby. |
| Attempted delivery | Our rider reached your area but couldn't reach you. We'll try again — message us to arrange a better time. |
| Delayed | Something has held your parcel up. We'll always tell you why. |
| Delivered | Your parcel has been handed over. |
Delivery times
These count from the day your parcel is dispatched — not the day you ordered. If your unit is being customized, add that time on top; we'll tell you on your order page when it's ready to move.
Accra and Tema — usually 1–2 working days.
Other regions in Ghana — usually 2–4 working days.
International — tracked by the carrier, with times shown on your order page.
Orders placed after 4pm start counting from the next working day. We don't deliver on Sundays.

We reply during working hours, Monday to Saturday. If your parcel is showing Attempted delivery, message us the same day so we can get it back out to you quickly.
