Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our units, all sales are final. Exceptions apply only if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Washing
Wash your unit every 7–10 wears or as needed. Use a sulfate-free shampoo and lukewarm water. Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb before washing. Rinse in one direction — from root to tip.

Conditioning
Apply a moisturizing conditioner from mid-length to ends. Leave on for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For extra softness, use a deep conditioning treatment once a month.

Drying
Pat dry with a microfiber towel — never rub. Air dry on a wig stand whenever possible. If using a blow dryer, use a low heat setting with a heat protectant.

Heat Styling
All Ayira units are 100% human hair and can be heat-styled. Always use a heat protectant spray. Keep flat irons and curling tools below 350°F (180°C) to preserve longevity.

Storage
Store your unit on a wig stand or mannequin head to maintain its shape. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For travel, use a silk or satin bag.

Sleeping
Remove your unit before sleeping or wrap it in a silk/satin bonnet or scarf to reduce friction and tangling.
